PARENTS MEETING

A Parent-Teachers Meeting was conducted on 13-04-2024 from 02:00 pm– 04.00 pm. The parents were intimated through the GFM of each class by calling well in advance through class teachers and Guardian Faculty Members.

The main objective of the meeting was to create a common platform, where teachers and parents come together to discuss student’s performance and devise ways to enrich their learning experience. Total 100 parents were present for this meeting.

The academic Activities conducted by Department were explained or presented by BSH department HOD Dr. A. A. Baride to all the present parents such as for improvement of student performance institute were conducted the unit wise test series, clay car-making competition, Teachers' Day celebrations, Ram Lalla Pran Pratishthan, Annual Sports and the annual day celebration, some expert lectures etc.

Principal Prof. P. R. Badadapure and Prof. P. P. Gawade have addressed to all parents and give valuable guidelines and Institute future plan.

Some parents have given their feedback regarding the Institute and academic activities done by each department and they were satisfied with the all activities done by department.

Yashoda Technical Campus, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities has organized expert lecture on  topic "Fourier Series" under subject of Engineering Mathematics- II. Thursday, 29/02/2024 at 10.00 am to 12.00 pm for FY B.Tech. Students.

Yashoda Technical Campus, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities has organized expert lecture on  topic "Water Treatment" under subject of Engineering Chemistry. Thursday, 22/02/2024 at 10.00 am to 12.00 pm for FY B.Tech. Students.


On October 2, 2023, the Basic Science and Humanities department of Yashoda Technical Campus College of engineering undertook a significant cleaning initiative as part of the "Swachha Yashoda" campaign. The objective of this cleaning drive was to promote cleanliness and hygiene across our college campus, and it witnessed the active participation of all teachers from the department. The cleaning activities were carried out meticulously in key areas of the college, including the Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, HOD Cabin, Staff Room, Class Rooms and the Drawing Hall.


CLAY CAR MODELING COMPETITION

“Clay Car Modeling Competition”

On 15th September, 2023 occassion of Engineer's day Basic Sciences and Humanities department organized "Clay Car Modeling competition" for First year Students. Clay Car Modeling Competition serves as a source of inspiration for students to be creative in engineering and to emphasize the importance of engineering in their development. The aimed to nurture creativity and problem-solving skills among our first-year students.

Inauguration of “competition” was done in presence of Dr. T. R .Shinde (Mechanical HOD). Dr. T. R. Shinde Sir was the judge of competition and evaluated the entries based on design, functionality, and creativity and choose best model from all the participants. Prizes were awarded to the winning teams to encourage their enthusiasm for engineering.

This activity was successfully conducted under the guidance of Dr. A. A. Baride and was coordinated by Prof. A. S. Shivade.


ENGINEERS DAY CELEBRATION

On September 15, 2023, Yashoda Technical Campus College of Engineering Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities organized a memorable celebration to inspire and engage the budding engineers of the future. The day is dedicate to Sir M. Visvesvaraya, who was a pioneer in engineering and known for his outstanding contributions in designing and building various dams and irrigation systems in India.

One of the most significant moments of the day was the inauguration of our state of the art Digital classroom. We were honored to have Mr. Kaustub Phadtare, a distinguished industrialist and visionary, as the Chief Guest for this event. He graciously unveiled the Digital Classroom, marking the beginning of a new era in engineering education at Yashoda Technical Campus college of Engineering Department of Basic Sciences and Humanities. The Digital Classroom is equipped with the latest technology, ensuring an enriched learning experience for our students.

Following the inauguration of the Digital Classroom, Mr. Kaustub Phadtare shared his invaluable insights and guidance with our first-year students. His words of wisdom, drawn from his extensive experience in the industry, resonated deeply with the young minds eager to embark on their engineering journey. Mr. Phadtare also encouraged students to pursue their passions and explore diverse field within engineering. He urged them to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.

Prof. R. D. Mohite, as the Associate Director of our esteemed institution, provided valuable advice on academic excellence and career prospects. He stressed the significance of a strong foundation in engineering fundamentals and the importance of continuous learning.

Aditi Bhosale student of AI&DS express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Kaustub Phadtare and Prof. R. D. Mohite Sir for gracing the occasion as our Chief Guest and for his invaluable guidance.
