Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and plan cultural events, festivals, and celebrations throughout the academic year.
  • Provide a platform for students to showcase their talents in music, dance, drama, and other cultural activities.
  • Coordinate with other committees, departments, and external agencies for smooth execution of cultural programs.
  • Promote and celebrate cultural diversity by organizing events that highlight various traditions and cultures.
  • Encourage maximum participation from students in cultural activities, ensuring inclusivity.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue, sound systems, and stage setup for cultural programs.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for cultural events, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Organize award ceremonies to recognize and reward participants for their cultural contributions.

Frequency of Meetings:

  • Biannually (2 times a year).
