Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve complaints of sexual harassment.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members of the college.
  • Conduct investigations and hearings impartially.
  • Provide support and counseling to complainants.
  • Recommend corrective actions and disciplinary measures.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions on gender sensitivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the proceedings and records.

Frequency of Meetings:

  • Quarterly (4 times a year) and as needed for urgent complaints.
