Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve grievances of students, faculty, and staff promptly.
  • Ensure a fair and impartial process in handling complaints.
  • Investigate grievances thoroughly and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain records of grievances and actions taken.
  • Develop policies to prevent future grievances.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure grievances are effectively resolved.
  • Provide a confidential and safe environment for reporting grievances.

Frequency of Meetings:

  • Quarterly (4 times a year) and as needed for urgent matters.
