Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and conduct of examinations.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of the examination process.
  • Prepare examination schedules and timetables.
  • Address issues and grievances related to examinations.
  • Coordinate with faculty for setting and evaluating exam papers.
  • Ensure timely declaration of results.
  • Maintain records of examination processes and results.

Frequency of Meetings:

  • Quarterly (4 times a year) and as needed during examination periods.
